613 - Maintain employee/job schedule

The purpose of this transaction type is to enable import of personal job lists.
Imported job-lists will be visible either in ProManagement Job, or on the Employee > [ProJob] > [Schedule] Screen.

If "Action" = "U", then an already existing entry for the given employee, order, operation and start date/time is updated, otherwise it is created. If "Action" = C or U, then the entry for the given employee, order, operation and start date/time must not overlap other already existing entries with respect to the start and end date/time. If "Action" = D and the ''Order ID'' is * then all scheduled jobs for the employee will be deleted otherwise the specific identified scheduled job is deleted. If the scheduled job is not found the transaction is accepted as "OK", but no action is taken (since it's assumed to be already deleted).
