611 - Promanagement Plan

Transaction type 611 contains a resource requirement from the production planning module in the MPS/ERP system to ProMark. The requirement can be stated in hours, days or number of employees according to the set-up and level of details needed in the planning system.
The requirement can be related to a specific date and only be valid for a single department or it can be globally available for all users as a more ''standard'' planning requirement that can be used several times.
The following items are validated against the database:
- A global plan must not already exist if field 15 is 0 (it must be possible to create it)
- A global or daily plan must exist if the value in field 15 is 1 (it must be possible to delete it)
- If the Request number <> 0 and the plan is to be deleted, the request number in question must exist.
- If no deletion is involved, the Request number given must not exist in the plan in question
- The stated filter ID must exist and must be global
- If a department is given, it must have been created in ProMark
- If a group is given, it must have been created in ProMark
- If a qualification is given, it must have been created in ProMark
