The 343 transaction type (Närvaro) uses Fixed field length and Leading zeros (LZ) where indicated.
The 343 transaction contains a Day code field (2 digits + 2 blanks) for every particular day in the payroll period. In the payroll system Svensk Lön, the Day code field is translated into a number of scheduled work hours for that particular day. In Svensk Lön this is used for statistical purposes as well as for calculating salaries in connection with illness. Moreover, ProMark generates all necessary hour information about the employee's attendance and absence (transaction type 329). Svensk Lön contains the corresponding rates and from these it calculates the employee's salary in Swedish Kroner.
In Svensk Lön only the Day code field is used, while all other time schemes and codes are not used. There must be a Day code field for all different day types in Svensk Lön. From version 1.09.00 there will be a Day code field on all day profiles in ProTime. This field Identifies the Day code field in Svensk Lön (always 4 digits from version 2.40.01) and for each day profile, the Day code field must be filled out with a 4-digit value, which also exists in Svensk Lön.
Optional profiles are not taken into account.
