571 - Employee master data outgoing

To Host

This transaction contains all relevant master data from the Employee record. The transaction can be set-up to monitor a large range of the employee's master data, so that if any of these are changed it will trigger a transaction. In the field list it is indicated which fields that can be used as triggers. The trigger is indicated as X - if it is a field that can be changed directly on the employee file, or TQ if the change comes via the Time Queue. Note for some fields both directly and Time Queue changes are possible. To define these triggers use the ''Properties'' on the transaction, which is described after the field list.

Also please note that any changes or creations on the employee file, received from the host (transaction 352, 370, 371, 373, 380, 381) may result in a 571 transaction to be generated - depending on the triggers defined.

See host transaction documentation for more information.
