138 - Create/Delete operation workload

The workload is used in ProManagement Job, when employees are assigned to operations. The purpose of the workload is to define how many hours in a period of time that must be manned on the specific operation.
Before sending the individual workloads, the whole workload should be deleted by sending a transaction with Order ID, Operation ID and ''Delete workload'' true/yes.
