450 - Employee figure values

3	Usage key	Text	X	If usage = 1, then employee number; If usage = 2, then category id; If usage = 3, then department id; If usage = 4, then division id; If usage = 7, then group id
4	Valid from	Date		If not defined, it will be the date after the last employee figure is ending with the same usage and usage id. If that does not exist, then it will be TODAY.
5	Valid to	Date
6	Value	Decimal number	X
7	Character Value	Text	(X)	This one will be sent only if Employee figure id is :EXPENSEID and it is an existing expense id.
8	Delete	Logical		If it is not sent, then it will be FALSE.
