330 - Raw terminal transaction

To Host

This transaction reports T&A transactions from ProMark Note 1: As opposed to the fields 2 (Department) and 15 (Employee group), the two fields are filled in, even if a transaction doesn't explicitly specify a particular department or employee group. There is an exception in the case of "Cancel break", "Time queue" and "Change account balance" transactions, where the fields are not filled in.

Note 2: When a "raw terminal transaction" is transferred, it is determined if the transaction has resulted in postings on one or more of the accounts designated for "raw" transferral. For each posting that fulfils the criteria, a separate posting transaction is transferred. Posting transactions have the transaction code 42, and contain the posting's value and account number.

Note 3: Before any ''raw terminal transactions'' can be transferred, you must specify which registration types you want to report to the host. This is done on the ''Properties'' screen related to this particular transaction type's set-up. Start the screen ''Set-up > Host > Transaction types'' and select transaction type 330 (if it isn't availabe, you must create and configure it first). Press ''Properties'' and select the desired registration types. Also enter any accounts ''Account for postings'' that you may need according to ''Note 2'' above.

Note 4: If the absence time is registered as a number of hours and minutes that figure is exported in field 12 (Number of hours). If the absence time is registered as a time interval, then the interval's starting time is exported in field #20 (From time) while the interval's ending time is exported in field #21 (To time).
