132 - Delete order and operation
From Host
This is a transaction type used when the host (ERP system) wants to tell ProMark, that it is OK to delete an order. Sending this transaction type puts a check mark in the box OK to delete in the Operation set-up screen (Files>Order/Operation>Order set-up>Operation set-up). This tells ProMark that is OK to delete any order/operations that have a check mark in this box, provided all other conditions for deleting orders/operations are met. See deleting orders/operations in ProMark for more information (System>Archive>Delete orders/operations).
If you just fill out the Order ID field (field 1), then all operations belonging to this order will be marked as OK to delete. For example, if the transaction type has the following appearance: 132,12345,,
then all operations belonging to order 12345 will be marked as OK to delete.
If you only want specific operations belonging to an order to be marked as OK to delete, then these will have to be specified separately. For example:
132,12345,10,
132,12345,20,
then only operations 10 and 20 for order 12345 will be marked as OK to delete.
