612 - Create/Update ProManagement budget

This transaction can be used to either create update or delete budgets in ProManagement. Further documentation on budgets in ProManagement can be found in the document ''ProManagement Budget.doc''

| 6 | Allow override | Logical | 0 = No 1 = Yes. Refering to filter-ID, Filters in ProManagement can be created either as a personal or a general filter, if it is a personal filter, the user-ID must be provided. Otherwise the user-ID can be omitted. | |
| 7 | User on filter | Text | If it is a personal filter, the user-ID of the user who created the filter must be provided. Otherwise this field should be empty (blank) | |
| 8 | Delete | Logical | 0 = No 1 = Yes. If deleting a budget, a budget with start date (field 2) and End date (field 3) must exist - otherwise the transaction will be rejected. |
