374 - Pre-reported absence

From Host

This transaction type facilitates pre-registration of absence in the employee absence calendar. The transaction cannot be used in connection with dates where actual registrations have been made (All-day absence, Clock-in or ''Not clocked-in'') or on company holidays unless the employee's category is configured with the option ''Allow absence on holiday''.

See host transaction documentation for more information.
