522 - Account balance export
To Host
The 522 transaction type is used to transfer account balances from ProMark to an external Payroll system
The transaction type 522 transfers the following three balance accounts from the employee panel: Current balance, Oldest open period balance and Last closed period balance.
The account unit in ProMark specifies whether the account is transferred as hours or days/pieces.
In case the ProMark account ID is different from the Account ID in the receiving Payroll system, a corresponding ID can be given in the Payroll code profile.
It is recommended not to split the account to be transferred in departments or groups. If the account is split, it will be possible to export more than one account balance for a given employee - one for each department or group. This can be difficult to control.
See host transaction documentation for more information.
