order	object	The order and operation to job reporting

questions	object[]	Job reporting questions. It can have maximum 5 question objects in an array.
answer	String	Question's answer
order	String	Question number.
location`optional`	object	Geo location of registration
latitude	number	Latitude, negative value is west Size range: `-180 to 180`
longitude	number	Longitude, negative value is south Size range: `-180 to 180`
regTime	datetime	The time of registration
terminalId	string	Numeric ID of registration terminal, or if not numeric, then it's the ID of the user that changed or added the registration
transSeq	number	Unique reference of registration
type	string	Default value: `OR`
